We go on talking about space adventures. Today I will tell you how to draw a cosmonaut.

How to draw a cosmonaut step by step

I wonder when ordinary people will be able to fly into space. I mean not just go to the moon and back. But to go further — to the Mars at least!

There is not enough space on the earth. Ok, we will leave it to the scientists. Let's draw. I chose the following picture as an example:

It's a bit old, but it will not be a problem for us.

Step 1. At the top of the sheet we sketch a big rounded head. It's big because of the helmet. Downwards we draw 2 curved lines – the body. We show a cosmonaut in weightlessness. We show the contours of his legs and hands. There is a belt on the spacesuit and a backpack behind his shoulders.

Step 2. We show the details: the fingers, the helmet and so on. All details are quite large.

Step 3. There are cuts for the eyes on the helmet. Then we draw shoes, the bag on his belt. Have a look at the picture and add all the details.

Step 4. We hatch the belts and the soles. There is a small electronic device on his hip. Now we outline all the contours and do shading. Done!
